I did not want to leave there, had a nice experience and would come here again. It was a great hotel in a business area, just next door to the centre, convenience store and restouran, and the business area. The service was good and the location was unbeatable. Tunjungan district was worth visiting. All the staff was efficient, tackled my issues.

Excellent budget hotel with friendly and efficient check-in process. Clean and well-prepared room with a nice welcome snack. Conveniently located near a shopping mall and a 24-hour convenience store. Helpful staff and a billiards/pool hall nearby. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and affordable stay in Surabaya.

The hotel's location is convenient, situated near the city center and allows easy access to other areas. It's easy to get a taxi from there. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, nice and comfortable, with rooms that are quite big. There are plenty of restaurant options nearby.
The breakfast options aren't great.

Variety of good breakfast options. A writing desk and a couch in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location to the city centre & old Chinese quarters and easy access to shopping centers and a large shopping mall.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was just perfect. It was very close to the shopping mall and other areas of this city. The hotel facilities were great, especially the cleanliness. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Additionally, the breakfast was amazing!

Had a pleasant stay with amazing room design and comfort. The breakfast menu was great with a nice traditional corner and a lot of options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and the location was strategic with museums and malls a stone's throw away. Two complementary facts offered were much appreciated.
The lighting of the room was pretty dim, making it difficult to work inside. One downside of staying here is that the TV is automatically turned on as soon as the card is inserted.

The room was fully equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. the hotel’s location was convenient for me to access local shops and restaurants.
The toilet design was cramped and not very comfortable to use. Unfortunately, there was also an unpleasant smell that lingered in the bathroom.
